Mentioning health food and pizza together comparativelty is no longer such a farce to say in one sentence. D'amore plain cheese pizza alone is low-calorie (amazingly about 130 cal) and low-carb , if made with a thin crust. Expect nothing but fresh ingredients for toppings, including the buffalo cheese and pure olive oil. Special sodium-free Boston is even used in preparation of the dough. Obviously, great care is taken to make D'amore pizza stand out and this is very much appreciated in the neighborhood. The signature parlor is at Westwood Village, just a few steps away from movie theaters that regularly host Hollywood film premieres. Here's a non-fussy (or "fifi") place to eat in trendy local spot of Brentwood. Di Vita's is a Westside LA Italian eaterie that has a N.Y. mafia-esque parlor kinda feel. Despite the rise of pizza/pasta prices, expect to pay reasonable prices.

Great environment. Well, first thing you notice when you walk into the restaurant is the red lighting hehe, but your eyes will settle after a few seconds :) Very friendly staffs very good servers
Favorite Dish: Favorite food is the anti pasto, spaghetti with meat sauce, and linguine with pesto sauce, more to come.
Another tiny restaurant hidding in a shopping place with florist shop and subway. They do have big signs saying lobster 6.99 HUGE SIGN, but in small caption, it says per pound hehe, that's what caught our eyes. Parking problem yet again... uh, what can I say... but food is marvellous
Favorite Dish: I simply love their duck, I believe it's $7.50 half a duck, $15 for a whole, plus minus 2 bucks... also tried their orange chicken and Kung Pao shrimp, which was pretty good. Fried rice and shrimp was excellent as well.
Love this restaurant, this is another Hong Kong Chinese Cuisine type of place. But they make really fresh good food. Parking is problem.. they provide free valet parking but, I don't like anyone driving my car :D
Favorite Dish: My favorite dish at Hop Li would be Mongolian Beef. Their Shrimp Fried Rice is pretty good, and tofu Szechuan style... well, all of their food are good. Can't go wrong with their lunch special. Love their duck and buns. oh, the scallops with mixed vegetables is good too. The spicy egg drop noodle is good as well... what else, the usual beef/shrimp lo mein is awesome.. sweet and sour pork is good also. try to add bean sprouts on your fried rice, it tastes better with a crunch :D
