Duke's Cafe: Save Your Appetite for Duke
Seek out this relatively hidden and unique food treasure in O.C.- your craving will be satisfied. Duke's Cafe does burgers, sandwiches, gyros and Greek pastries right! The cafe marries good ol' American fast food with Greek tradition, especially in the form of scrumptious pastries like spanakopita, kataifi and thiples plus the popular baklava. The phillo dough is flaky and light on the treats. Also, there is a selection of breads and cookies (pictured).
From what I have tried so far, the burgers are just perfect- freshly made after order, not greasy, and filling. The burgers are on the hearty side so be hungry. The sides are satisfying, including feta fries- a yummy Greek-American touch.
All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) are served. Check out Duke's at the Savi Ranch town center, off the 91 Fwy. For a little fun while you eat Duke's grub, come on the 1st Saturday of the month during a local car show.
Favorite Dish: Mushroom Burger- Grilled mushrooms and onions make this simply delicious to the last bite
Hawaiian Burger- with a whole pineapple slice, well balanced in taste
Gyro Burger- when you can't make a decision on a gyro and burger, this is the choice for you

Stefano's Gold'n Baked Hams: Step into Stefano's
Stefano's is a deli/restaurant (trattoria-like) which specializes in glazed, spiral cut hams but there is much more offered.Choose from sandwiches on a roll or in a panini style with most popular sandwich meats and salads.
Besides ordering food to go or dining, there are a variety of Italian treats and spices are available to buy here, including cookies, jams and fennel seed.
Favorite Dish: Pesto Vegetable Panini
This is great for vegetarians! I'm not one but I often look for lots of veggies(beyond plain salad) to have as a fast food. The fresh black olvies and spread really give a great, strong flavor.
The Uncle Carmine meatball sandwich is a local fave
