Lorna and Jill relax and share a beverage at one of the cafes along Keystone Lake. In summer, it's a pleasant way to while away the afternoon, enjoying the sun and the flowers at the lakeside village. If that sounds to boring, rent a canoe or paddle boat and get out on the lake.
Every year Keystone holds its own little Mardi Gras parade, which OK ain't gonna challenge New Orleans, but this is a bit of fun in its own right!
Unfortunately on the day of the parade the weather was unseasonably warm and so the pics of the girls weren't as "sharp" as they could have been - see travelogue for more pics!
This is a very popular event and many local groups and businesses put in floats which are judged later in the day. It is a day enjoyed by both locals and visitors alike, though my only complaint is about the queues at the bars.
Just to keep you intrigued, here's a pic not showing any of the pretty girls except for the little darling in pink.
The Adult version is on the travelogue!
On Christmas Day Santa and Mrs. Claus were seen skating around on the lake. Shouldn't they have been asleep? I found one of their friends tied up at the edge of the lake.
