    While on the river, do not neglect to do some research on the history of it. The Gates to Ladore is named after a poem describing a creek in Scotland that was very turbulant. One of the first explorers to go down the Green river saw a similar patern between the poem and the canyon he was in so therefore named it The Gates to Ladore.
    We happened to come across a mountain on its side with an odd fault that was turned into a cave!
