I love going to the Butterfly Pavilions when I have little money and am looking for something "different" or trying to entertain somebody visiting town. It is not for those who dread bugs or butterflies! Kids love it, I took my nephew there and he was fascinated! It begins with a small room with various bugs and spiders and moves onto a very basic area on coral, starfish, and fish, and then onto the big event: the Butterfly room. It is small, but totally worth it if you're looking for something unique!

They have butterflies fluttering everywhere from all over the world, and if you look at the cocoons occasionally you see a butterfly born! It definitely requires patience but is worth at least one trip. Not for anyone looking for an adrenaline rush. It is more for those who enjoy natures and are not squeamish around bugs or butterflies.
