Favorite thing: As with any large indoor facility, here in Foxwoods you will find directories that indicate your location and a listing of all the restaurants, bathroom facilities, different casinos and of course the shops.
If you are looking for a particular store, or casino check out the directory to familiarize yourself better.

Favorite thing: Foxwoods is one of the largest casinos in the world, it is massive. There is plenty to do here even if you aren't a gambler. There are some excellent dining choices, nightlife, concerts and special events that go on all year round. If you decide to spend the night, (and if you don't) you can enjoy a few treatments at the spa.
There is a small but interesting museum on the Mashantucket Pequot Tribe, the native tribe of foxwoods. There is also some really nice sculptures and excellent shops where you can spend your money instead of the slot machines or the tables.
Fondest memory: Foxwoods is Ferni's favorite Casino where he can sit and play poker for as little or as long as he wishes.
I love watching Ferni play poker, he is an excellent player and is considered an up and coming "star"...

Favorite thing: Because of the size of the casino, and because there are quite a few different parking lots, the Casino has come up with a very smart way to help drivers remember their parking location.
On each parking wing you will find a these large Parking Reminder with tickets indicating your parking level and name of the garage.
So, make sure to take your ticket with you.

Favorite thing: We parked in on of the parking garages of the Casino. It is very easy to forget where you have parked and what level. Fortunately the casino has reminder cards at the elevator that has the parking level and garage in which you parked the car. This made it very easy to remmebr where we needed to go when we wanted to leave.
We normally take a picture of the parking level sign in case we forget where we parked.

Favorite thing: Because Connecticut State law prohibits the sale of any liquor in any establishment past 2 am, whenever Ferni and I travel we like to bring our own bottle of wine/champagne or rum.
Anytime we spend together is a celebration and we like to make sure we can enjoy a drink in our room at any time and we are always covered for a "night-cap" when we return to our room.

One of the good things about being a member is that its free and the hotel disounts you recieve are fantastic!!
