These are probably the worst projects in norwalk. The housing projects are called roodner court. it is on Ely Ave. and is off of lowe st. and knapp st. dont get out of your car or start trouble there is lots of drug dealing and gangs over here

cjg1 Says: Norwalk is a tough town to find parking you don't have to pay for. Most on the street parking is metered. There are municipal lots in town that charge a fee to park. We prefer ro park at the Maritime Aquarium Parking and then walk around town.
