Been here a long time, personally I think you have to be pretty drunk to like the food here. Drinks were good though! Some folks love it. Sauce was sour, I never like that. Anti pasta was huge, get it to share. Like cole slaw, it's all chopped up, not my bag at all, Aunt Pat didn't even eat half of it. Crab Spagetti was fishy. Ravioli was OK, Olive Garden is better. Sorry Del Rose, I hear you have great bands, but I would skip it for a meal. Leave a Comment

Great salad bar, the breakfast buffet or the dinner buffet are tremendous bargains. The dinner buffet is all you can eat for $11.99. Hardly ever a wait, and banana foster with icecream is great! A must try bargain.

Lots of good food, great seafood and soups. The crab on english muffins is wonderful, but the new lump crab cakes are best!

Hip strip, happy hour heaven. Nice booths, Friday night is very noisy, can't hear your date noisy. We did like the food, service was pretty good. Mike had Nachos and they were OK. I might go back, but not for a serious meal. Just a snack and a beverage.

Lotsa Pasta, say hi to Johnny, tell him Terry and Mike sent you. Have a Corona with a lime and a Godiva Chocolate Martini and a LEMON MOUSSE for us!! This is by far, bar none OUR FAVORITE RESTAURANT EVER!! We never put it up here because they have plenty of loyal fans already, and it is a secret spot. Pauline does an excellent job maintaining quality and a crew that serves top notch servics. 4 Star food, 4 Star service, and Cheap to boot! Lunch is an experience. Cutting edge menue, excellent choices. Not too eye catching, or fancy from out side, but inside is neat and clean and comfortable. Consistancy is always good, excellent cullinary delights. You see the same people here eating 3, 4, 5 nights a week. Don't ever say nothing is free in America, folks. Bread, Soup and Salad come with most dinners!!! There is hardly ever a wait, the fall seems to be the busiest season. We eat at the bar, but the booths are nice too. The special attention you get at the bar when Johnny quits picking on you and gives you his VIP service. So you can't go to Cheers where every body knows your name, you can go to Johnn's bar where he will not only learn your name but what you drink, who your team is and most importantly, things like "you hate olives in your salad, right?". He is one of the best bartender's in the State...period.
My favorite dish's are Johnny, Gary and Ed of course!!! That having been said, (I want my free drink when I come in fellas) ;-)
Steamed Shrimp, appetizer is the best in the whole state of Delaware, (and I know)
Steamed Clams are tiny and tender, ummm, you will Love them!
Mozzerella sticks are Mike's usual choice.
The Mediteranean Salad with shrimp is....an experience. (Gary, I love you for that)
Get the soup of the day, it's always good.

The server's don't dance anymore, and they have a surprising lack of crabs on the menue at Joes "Crab Shack". I hear Delawarians often remark about this irony. Here in Delaware if you scream crabs, you better come with a bushel. (That's about 4 dozen). Ummmmm. The more Old Bay Seasioning, the better!

Mike is anti seafood. He feels better about killing little chickens for sup, than some cute fuzzy little shrimp, so he opted for the chicken.
It was the best he had in a long time (and this guy keeps Perdue in business) so expert, you better believe it.
