There is a ferry that runs out of Honeymoon Island State Park . Adults are $8 and children are $4.50. ...under 4 are free. They run every half hour, BUT they stop running at different times throughout the week. When you purchase your ticket, they will tell you when the last ferry leaves Caladesi. You can take your own boat, too. You must call to reserve a slip! (Reserve America - 1-800-326-3521).
