This Restaurant is located inside an old sugar mill. It sits on the springs, so you can look out the window and see the calm water.

Inside, every table comes equipped with a griddle. There you can make your own pancakes, eggs, and sausage. They even have vegetarian sausage on the menu!

The staff is very friendly. The southern hospitality is very strong in this restaurant.

I went on a week day, but I was told to get there early because it is a popular place to visit.

When you are finished with breakfast, you can go outside and go swimming in the spring. The spring stays about 72 degrees Fahrenheit all year.

Favorite Dish: This depends on your creativity. I liked the pancakes with blueberries, apple slices and chocolate chips. yummm!
