The Riverwalk: A place of nice shops and restaurants

    Gives you great attractions. You can eat in the nice restaurants right on the river with live outdoor entertaiment. Visit some shops. Take a river bus along the canals and see many beautiful homes and yachts.

    Though more visible with the addition of the Riverwalk compex that houses shops, restaurants, and bars, this beautiful stretch of river front property has been preserved by the city and in my opinion is the prettiest stroll in town.

  • Directions: Down by the river, right off second street, it is an area that is mostly known by locals, but very busy nonetheless.

    This is a really nice walkway along the north bank of the New River. It was very pleasant strolling along here in the warm Florida sunshine.
