There is a splendid sunset almost every evening on Fort Myers Beach. People come out onto the beach just to watch it. You can say "a sunset is a sunset" but that's really not the case. Depending on cloud formation and weather conditions, some are more spectacular than others... but they are all very beautiful.

The sunsets here at Fort Myers Beach are very colorful and great for photos. Sunset chasers, this is a good place to catch some of the best sunsets on the gulf coast. Bring lots of batteries and memory. You won't be let down here unless it's raining.
Sunsets can be nice here because the sun goes down right by the pier. Great opportunity for Photographers.
