Metro Zoo - What can you say...lots of animals, but make sure to find out when the animals either come out from feeding or are ready to be put back in for the night. The animals are most active at that time. You can also hear the tigers roaring when it time to go in for the night. They have a metro rail system you can ride. If you wait until the end of the day its free to ride back to the entrance. Make sure that you either bring a stroller or rent one (or one of the bikes that hold a family of four) if you have kids. They can get worn out. Sometimes you can get discount tickets if you log onto the website.

Located in a strip of a shopping mall and not a place that hollers amazing sushi but it truely is one of the best. Sushi is reasonably priced and fresh. Prices are very good.
Favorite Dish: The boat for two. They will allow substitutions at an additional price.

This place is well known by locals and bikers. The place is open air and boaters can drive up their boats to park. The staff is super friendly. The food is mainly seafood. Fried clams, shrimp, oysters, different fish, crab cakes. The beer is cold and they have a live band playing on the weekends. This place is very famous as it has been used as the background in many movies. All age groups come here. The owner is really nice and works hard to make sure that everyone is having a good time.
Favorite Dish: I love seafood so I can't chose just one thing.

Outdoor shopping mall. Macy's, Bloomingdale's and other shops line this outdoor mall. Very pretty with waterfalls. It also has a movie theater. It's beautiful to head there at night when everything is lit up. Plenty of places to eat...PF Chang's, Los Ranchos, Fridays, Bice. Also have Barnie's coffee, delicious chocolate shop, Mrs. Field's cookies

Islamorada and the Keys are about an hour drive away if you take the turnpike. Hit the Tiki Bar at Holiday Isles. They have a pool, music, the beach, and sometimes on the weekends jet ski racing and wind surfers
