If you are looking for a fun bar that is off of Duval Street then Conch Republic is the place to go. We visited Conch before going on one of the Tall Ship sunset cruises. It is a big open air restaurant/bar that is just perfect for happy hour.
The establishment's four 160-gallon tanks are home to the indigenous creatures of the Keys' surrounding waters. The restaurant boasts the largest rum bar (more than 90 brands available) between Miami and Havana. With an unabridged seafood menu and raw bar featuring mussels, clams, oysters, famous pink shrimp and seasonal stone crabs, all caught fresh and delivered daily, this is a great place to go if you are craving seafood.
The service was not great but everyone loved their appetizers.
