Mulligan's is an Irish Pub located in the Water Tower Plaza on hwy192 and celebration ave. Its hidden off the main road in the plaza behind planet smoothie and joes crab shack. They have drink specials every night, 10 beers on tap. Karaoke, Open Mic Night, Texas Hold'em Poker. They're open til 2AM 7 nights a week... Also they offer a full menu including Irish/English favorites...
