Its something we had seen been advertised but had never done in serveral trips. We decided to go off an do one of the airboat rides, and the one that seemed to offer the best trip was the airboat rides at cypress lake....and boy was we amazed at the beautiful lake and dead river, the scenery was gorgeous, was a lovely sunny day and saw a few crocs and an osprey with its catch aswell up very close and personal. Is quite expensive, $45 per person, but you really do need at least an hour for this....do not do the 30 minute ones as they do not offer enough time to just enjoy nature.
We enjoyed the time on the airboat and the time spend at base looking around, well recommneded but its a little outside of kissimmee so a car is needed!

The first thing do to after the 2-3 first rides of the mornings was to keep track of queuing times and to adjust the schedule according to them! The mean time was about 20 to 30 min. maximum! And I remember, the longest time I ever had to queue was 60 min. and that only when the day was nearly over.
New York City
Just walking here and I found myself in these settings of NY... ...the background of skyscrappers does not exist for real! It's a trick you do with your camera which is put on a stand with a transparent glass painted with that particular background. The only thing to do now is to take the picture through that glass! CLEAVER! isn't it?
Old Town is 3 or 4 blocks lond on RT 192. It has everything from shopping, eating, Amusement Park, Haunted House and much More. Usually on Saturday Night there is a Cruise In with many old Cars and Hot Rods.
Back To The Future Ride
This was the BEST RIDE EVER I've been to! Six people (3 in front and 3 in the back!) fitted in this same car featured in the film.
I managed to be quick and grap the first row seat and had the ride of a lifetime...awesome!!
We booked a sealion swim down in Key Largo, and it was excellent - worth every dollar! It is, however, a bit of a drive, approx. 4 hours there, and the same back from where we were staying, but it gave us a great opportunity to get out of the Orlando/Kissimmee area, and see the Keys, which were beautiful!
The swim with the sealion, Wono, was brilliant, only my husband and I were in the pool with the sealion. The swim wasn't conducted like one of these group swims, where you're in with others you don't know, so it was personal, and very relaxed. Wono's trainer, Corey, made us feel welcome and relaxed, and gave us a great insight into the life of a sealion! Only drawback was that you're busy all the time in the water with the sealion, so there's no opportunity to take photographs during your swim, unless you get the professional photographer to accompany you, but this costs $60, for a photo CD, which we didn't think was very good value for money! You're free to wander around the complex after the swim, to watch the dolphins, and the sealions, and you're free to take as many pictures as you like. We booked our swim before we left the UK, and we're glad that we did, as the tickets offered by our travel company rep were much much more than we'd paid, and we'd have had to have made the journey by bus, meaning that we wouldn't have had the freedom that we had with our hire car.
Definetly something we'd love to do again, it was money well spent, and was a lovely break away from the theme parks and large touristy areas.
