  • If you're flying in, Longwood is near Orlando (MCO) airport, but be prepared for major bumper-to-bumper traffic jams on I-4. It's easy to be in the wrong place at the wrong time! Orlando also has Amtrak service. The proximity of Longwood to this major tourist destination makes it easy to shop for cheap airfare, so keep alert for travel bargains!

    Don't plan to come to Longwood without a car. The town is quite spread out and very little will be within walking distance unless you're in a certain concentrated area of downtown.
