The smallest Post office in the United States is located in the Everglades at Ochopee/Rte 41-Tamiami Trail.There is a plaque and the post office is still in operation.A great photo opportunity.Speaking of photos,head a little west (towards Naples) and you will see a gallery on your left owned by Clyde Butcher.He is a renowned photographer of the Everglades.If you cant carry or afford one of his orginals they also sell beautiful postcards and calenders.
