Lincoln Road by Docu2001 I have never been to South Beach and not stopped for at least one meal, or stroll along the Lincoln Road Mall ... For those of you who have never been there - I will attempt to describe it. Picture a pedestrian mall that runs forever -in fact it runs about 5-6 city blocks. There is every kind of bar, coffee shop, restaurant, clothing store, soap store, art gallery, fortune teller, mime artist, beauty queen (past and present), hipster (past and present), beach babe, muscle man ... you name it ... you will see it on Lincoln Road.
Absolutely anything goes! Leave a Comment Theme: People WatchingAddress: Lincoln Road MallPhone: 305-531-3442Directions: Lincoln Road - Just a few blocks west of the ocean.

Fonchi, Fi, Sonia by parsix My beloved spaniards.... The story goes back so long that one day I will probably do a travelogue. Anyways, the night with start with a phone call: FONCHI: Que pasa tia? What are the plans? FI: Isabel has a table at Tantra, and there is a party at Mint... But I think we going to take it easy tonight. FONCHI: Yes I know, me too. Why don't you come over and we will have some wine. Well over we will go. His apartment on the Intracostal at 163rd Av. 30th floor... At the balcony, one side the sea, the other the city.... to the distance South Beach lights... Breath taking views... We will finish the wine, then sushi delivery will follow. Ok, now what? And off we went to South Beach.... till the morning. That is the definition of easy for the Spaniards....
In Miami you must dress the part. At friends house, no code... But for the Beach dress to impress is the code. Leave a Comment Theme: Eating and Drinking

body painting contest in Clevelander - Ocean Drive by BURGUN In downtown, especially at Ocean Drive there is no limit of fun, craziness, music and dance. There, you might find lots of clubs and bars but let me give you some tips: 1. Clevelander (outdoor, very nice place) 2. Crobar (indoor...all fun and dance till morning...it is very hard to enter if u do not have reservation...i recommend u to contact with the consierge of the hotel u accomodate to get an entry card or make a reservation) 3. Marlin (i loved the design and music of this place) 4. Mango's (very popular, but definitely fame is not everything...i didn't like it)
in general casual dressing like jeans and a t-shirt is saving the nights however some night clubs require shirt and pants. Leave a Comment Theme: NightclubAddress: Ocean Drive, Washington Avenue and Collins Avenue

by CTnightowl Noone partys like South Beach. If you walk down Ocean Drive, Washington Drive, Lincoln Drive you will hear nothing but mad bass..boom...boom... Walking down Ocean Drive you will hear every language-Russian-Portugese-French, etc- You will never see more beautiful people ever! Everywhere you look! I went down for two weeks last year and when I left for Coconut Grove I almost went into withdrawal. I am not shallow but all you do is see gorgeous people in South Beach. Its surreal. The first time I went to Coconut Grove it was shocking to see a overweight average looking person. Great time though! You will meet great people from all over the world. Some bars get going at noon- bars rock until 6am! I remember waiting in line to get into clubs at 3 am. YOU MUST PACE YOURSELF! I would take 2 hour naps throughout my whole trip. There is always something going on-its not possible to take it all in. The only time it is slow is between 6 am and 10 am. The beach is great too- beautiful topless ladys everywhere. Walking the strip is awesome. You can walk around with an alcohol too as long as its in a plastic glass- you have to love that! Must sees- too many to mention. Some hottie wrote out a schedule on a napkin for me- here goes- Sun-Nikki Beach 1 AM-Opium Mon-BED or Mantra Tues-Rain or Autoslims Wed-Mynt or Lost Weekend Thurs-Coconut Grove-Coconut Walk Fri-Crobar Miami it does not matter what day of the week-its awesome! My favorite place was actually on Sunday night at Nikki Beach. Monday-Tuesday-whatever- South Beach is gonna rock! Clubs everywhere-you cant go wrong. Beautiful people drinking lots and looking to have fun. Great vibe! Ocean Drive is fun but overpriced. Everyone loves Mangoes- I didnt care for it. Beautiful honeys there but they are everywhere. I liked the Clevender alot-tourist bar but still great! I am forgetting to mention many clubs-they all are great times! Stick to those 3 streets and you will do fine. Great eats too-Cuban food is awesome and some of the best seafood anywhere.
Dress to impress! Clevender you can dress in shorts-that is about the only place on the strip you can get away with that. Long pants, collared shirt, nice shoes. Many clubs you wait in line and need to be picked-you must stand out which is hard in South Beach. by katmag This venue is beautiful, with many rooms indoors, or covered by tents, or completely outdoor and on the sand. There is a restaurant inside as well where you can eat. Many beautiful people come here, as well as local people who want to be in the scene. The atmosphere was extremely pretensious and many weirdos on drugs tried to talk to us, but we finally found some nice, normal people to hang out with, which proved to be quite a feat. You have to decide whether or not this is your scene, and pay $35 for the privilege. I still have mixed feelings about it. I thought it was beautiful, but the people were more interested in impressing one another than in actually having fun. by katmag This is a nice bar right under Billboards nightclub. There is a great Sushi place right next door too, and it is all located right at the beginning of Ocean Drive. The decor is Art Deco, and the bartenders are friendly. It's a nice quiet place to grab a drink before or after the festivities begin. by katmag Supposedly, this nightclub has just opened, but it is really dirty and dingy already. I wouldn't recommend this spot to anyone. Outside, the bouncers seem to think that they are working at some exclusive club and are doing you a favor to let you in. Inside, it's a bunch of young kids smoking cigarettes and smelling like sweat. Not very pleasant, and kind of trashy. I did enjoy hearing John Digweed spin here, though I don't think that he'll be back here anytime soon! Leave a Comment Theme: NightclubAddress: 247 23rd Street

by parsix Another creation of Michael Capponi and jut like the previous ones the place rocks. This place is located in the heart of SOBE just next to Versacce's house. There is restaurant and a bar area in the ground floor and the main club is in the first floor. The main movement happens in the first floor, but crownds keep flowing all around the place. They are two outdoors terraces which are just FANTASTIC!.

Ocean Drive and the area around it is packed with bars! Most very very expensive but all have a good atmosphere! Wet Willies - a chain in teh states. They serve frozen cocktails, very nice and they get you hammered. Probably the least pretentious bar on ocean drive! Club Deep - a club just off ocean drive. Good music, high cover charge(most clubs here are $25 to get in at weekends and are packed!).Open very late though! Clevelander on ocean drive - has live entertainment and a huge area to sit outside. A good bar but a bit pretentious! Theme: Other
