Located at the ultra ritzy Shore Club Hotel, the SkyBar is the place to be on Friday or Saturday nights......located outside and surrounding the pool, the SkyBar has earned a reputation as a prime party spot for South Beach....the only problem is getting into the place....Bouncers only allow Hotel guests and people on the guest list thru the door.......or if your a guy with 8 girls or...if your a hot looking female !!!!!! but once inside you'll know why YOUR in SOUTH BEACH !!!!! Worth the try !!!!!

Ok, as stated in my previous tip, the chance of getting into LIV nightclub is like winning the lottery so this makes the lobby bar at the Fountainbleau Hotel one of the most packed bars in all of South Beach. And with crowds in South Beach comes the steep prices .... beers runs $8 and drinks start at $14 .... this is an option if you can't get into LIV !!!!!!

If a place calls itself Mojito's Lounge then I know that I can't leave the city without trying it... I'm addicted top mojitos. This cocktail bar/lounge is very cosy and relaxing, especially if you sit outdoors. Being located on Espaniola way it means that you can really enjoy your drinks in style, without cars flashing you by.
Dress Code: The lounge has an interesting (if somewhat useless) selection of mojitos: five classic varieties and ten fruity varieties - all with a chunk of real sugarcane. Go for the "ultimate mojito" made with bacardi anejo if you 'd like something special. Heavenly.

This club is located on the beach and is one of the best clubs in South Beach. The club is usually packed on Saturday and Sunday nights. The party is held outdoors in a beautiful garden area, which expands out directly onto the beach. Light food is also available. The mojitos are great and come with a real sugar cane dipped in your drink to bite on. The best part is to sit on the white beds, in the sun, with some great music on the background sipping mojitos. The crowd was well diversified and predominantly younger. The cover for Sunday was $20. Since there were too many people and we could not get in easily, we had to pay $40 to sneak in. All in all a great place to party in South Miami.
Dress Code: Dress code is optional and you can get in with Jeans and t-Shirty too.

This place was off the hook. Somehow we managed to get past the long... LONG line. We were with some friends that are in the Marines and I don't know how they did it, but they got us past the line. I definatley support my troops!! LOL Although this place isn't happening until about 12:30 or 1am get there EARLY! Especially if your an out of towner. That way you don't deal with the line. There was a Victoria Secret Fashion thing that night and it was packed. There are two rooms. One they play Hip Hop/Rap and the larger room they play house. Dress to impress. Everyone here is PRETTY! It seems as if there is ALWAYS something going on at this club.

This was a cool place. Went there on a Sunday night. They play mostly Hip Hop/Rap. We got to meet P. Diddy and Pit Bull which was lots of fun!! Drinks are about $14 each but I found that to be the case all over South Beach!
Dress Code: We went casually chic, jeans and cute tops

See and be seen at this outdoor club. Back in the day, this was called "amnesia" and was famous for foam parties. Usually attracts a multiethnic group of beautiful people. There is a VIP section called Prive' that has its own separate entrance. Inside Prive' is an even more exclusive VIP section.
