Art Deco District of Miami South Beach
Nearly 20-blocks area is one of the best reminiscence in the world of the Art Deco decade in 1920-30's. In many parts of the area you are fully surrounded by the streamlined pastel-colored buildings with fine details of arches, layers, interlaced elements and round shapes.

beautiful and unique architecture. This district was built several decades ago (in the beginning of the 20th century I think), people thought that the world would look like this in the future; that all cities would be built in this style. Btw, have a look at the colors of this building, they're typical for this style.

The Art Deco District is a great place for architecture buffs... or just a way to spend an hour or two, walking through an area of hotels, shops, & restaurants.
