Best Car Service to Naples! We travel to our vacation home in Naples quite often throughout the year. Unlike most of the other car services, Ambassador Transportation Town Cars are always clean and none of their drivers smoke. The drivers are really friendly, are dressed professionally and make us feel like VIPs. With Ambassador Transportation, our ride to Naples is just as nice as the home we love in Naples!
I travel to Naples for business quite often and want to share a tip about a terrific shuttle service that I use to and from the Fort Myers Airport to Naples. Ambassador Transportation is always on time and has super clean towncars that will take up to 3 passengers for a flat rate price. Even though they are less expensive than most of their competitors, their towncars are always super clean and the drivers are great. They always have complimentary cold spring water, fresh orange juice and sugar-free gum and mints on hand. They truly offer VIP treatment at everyday low prices. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed. (239) 204-0783
Our Family takes frequent trips to Naples for vacation. We have had great experiences with the Fort Myers Elite Shuttle company when we fly into Fort Myers Airport. The drivers and company are very professional over the phone and make everything so easy for us every time we take a trip into the area.
We recommend Fort Myers Elite Shuttle to anyone coming into the Fort Myers or Naples area. We have found that taking a taxi at the airport was not so great when taxi drivers don't speak English and don't know where they are going and drive like maniacs, so take it from my experience find a company that will value your safety, time and provide you with great service. The airport at Fort Myers is a delight to fly in and out of...it is small, efficient, and attractive. When we flew in, it took very little time before we had our luggage on a cart and then walked a short distance to rent a car.
We checked our luggage "curb-side" both at O'Hare and at Fort Myers. The man at Fort Meyers was ever so helpful, making it an easy experience. Of course, paying $15.00 each for our first bag, and $25.00 each for our golf bags was not a pleasant experience.
When we were flying out of Fort Myers, it was just as easy. We ate at the airport, shopped in one of the shops for items for the grandchildren, and then were called to board our plane.
Be sure to see the three photographs of the Fort Myers Airport
Of course, having such delightful weather conditions always makes an airport much more desirable!
Southwest Florida International Airport (Ft. Myers) is about an hour's drive north of Naples, and probably your best bet for catching a commercial flight to the general vicinity. Many major airlines fly in to SFIA, including those listed at this link: Airlines At SFIA
There are plenty of car rental agencies conveniently located for pickup/return at the airport. See link below for more specific information.
There is also an airport shuttle service that runs by reservation from RSW to Naples or any other SW Florida destination: Naples Airport Shuttle
We've found that flying into Ft. Myers then driving to Naples (the most common way to get there) is kind of expensive. This year we're going to fly to Tampa on Soutwest and drive from there (about 3 hrs.) We were able to get a special fare and saved a lot of money that way!
Fort Myers Airport is a small friendly place easy to get to and from.
The Naples Trolley is a great way to get an overview of the sites to see and places to go. One boarding pass and you can use it to get on and off at many stops all over town for the whole day.
I fly to Fort Myers to get to Naples. YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT YOU WILL FIND IN THE BATHROOM at the airport.
Check out this new puppy and me!
