Disney's got two great Minigolfs : Fantasia Garden (my husband's favorite) and WinterSummerland (my favorite).
Fantasia Garden has two courses.One of them imitates a real golf course and the other one has the characters of Fantasia.
WinterSummerland has two courses too, Winterland & Summerland. Both of them have great special effects!

This is Pirate Cove miniature golf course. I think they stole the idea from Pirate of the Caribbean but it's fun for those who want to chip and putt a bit.
