If you're looking for some shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities, Old Town is a good place to go. There are a lot of cool shops and fun rides for kids. Admission is free and parking is free. So in the case that you have a few hours to spare and don't have enough time to go to a theme park, Old Town is a good option. Located on U.S. Highway 192 in Kissimmee near Walt Disney World.

I like Old Town.
There is a lot of 'hustle and bustle' there in the evenings. there is plentyy for all the family to do, rides for the small kids, and serious bungy jumping stuff for the older ones.
a few bars and eateries fill up the gaps in the shops.
Mainly I like the small shops there. Nothing mainstream or really fashionable. More curiosities. Everybody seems to go into the perpetual christmas shop.
The shops stock something for everybody, from biker leathers, through cuddly toys to fully fledged double handed swords. the prices are a little bit more than you would expect, but it is a tourist place after all.
The other thing about Old Town is the classic car parade. I cant remember if it is twice a week or just the once. If you get there early enough, all the cars are parked on display for everybody to drool over, even the females. there are even a few classic English cars there as well. To finish off the experience, there are live bands playing as well.
JUst one word of advice get a place on the edge of the pavement early otherwise you will be straining to get a glimpse of cars as they do their parade

Don't miss Old Town in Kissimee. It is a stretch of shops and restaurants, amusement arcades, rides, fun fair, it's really worth a visit. Go at night when it's all lit up and music's playing. Some of the shops are really unusual.
On Saturday nights the locals parade their customised cars around Old Town for the tourists. Also, they have one of those 200ft high rides that up to three people can jump off in a sling and feel like they're flying. Thats great to watch.
