    Off Season

    by Jmill42 Written Feb 25, 2003

    2.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

Favorite thing: With the beautiful beaches, everyone should be able to enjoy PC. So, even if you are a family looking ofr a getaway and have just read my previous tips on the madness that occurs at Spring Break, you should definitely still plan a trip here in the off season. PC not only has the beaches, but also boasts many great golf courses, charter boat cruises, deep sea fishing, diving, etc. There are six ship wreck site you can dive, so break out the snorkles!

    Spring Break! Its time to...

    What else???

Favorite thing: Spring Break! Its time to party, people! Leave all inhibition's in the hotel room! Because this place gets wild! It is party central during spring break. A must for every college kid within driving distance! A must-not for families and people looking to relax!

Fondest memory: You have to come with a huge group of friends. Book way in advance (as much as college kids can) and get ready to party the house down.

A regular day at Panama City

by KaiM Written Aug 26, 2002

Me, two friends and some girls we met at the beach

Favorite thing: Get up late, go to the beach for a couple of hrs., go cruising in your pick-up on the main boulevard, have dinner and go to one of the cool clubs after that.

Fondest memory: Maybe not the fondest, but definetely the thing that sticks in my mind when I think of Panama City: A tornado warning. When I was there in March 2001 a tornado touched ground a couple of miles away and we had a heavy storm. The roof of a neighboring hotel flew away and landed on the street. The next day was perfect sunshine again.

Favorite thing: If you have kids and even if you dont, you have to go take the Pirate Ship tour. It is right across the bridge from Capt. Andersons on Thomas Dr. It is a 2hr. tour out in the bay. You get to see dolphins and the crew plays games with the kids so the parents can relax a bit and just enjoy the scenery.

Fondest memory: Once the sun starts going down, the cool ocean breeze make it a wonderful play just to relax and have fun.

Favorite thing: SPINAKERS : A bar/club in Panama City that throws some wickedly wonderful bikini and wet T-shirt competitions. Go and enjoy yourself. Have fun getting sauced and being saucy.
