When Molly made her first tip of one dollar, she decided to tack it to the back bar for good luck. In time friends of the pub added their dollar to the collection and it soon became tradition. Today you will see $1 bills everywhere. There are said to be over $250,000 one dollar bills hanging from the ceiling throughout the Pub in Pensacola and I don’t think Destin is too far behind. An amazing sight. We added our couple of dollars to the collection.
Favorite Dish: Because it was early, I only had a house Caesar Salad which was a starter but it was delicious. Apparently the burgers were excellent though, so much that we checked out the Destin branch of McGuires when we stayed there.
Jackson's- DT Pensacola, great artsy atmosphere
Dharma Blue- DT- sit outside on a weekend and have drinks and huge salads

There are dollar bills everywhere you look. Make sure to bring your cash so you can leave your mark on the wall!!
Favorite Dish: Soooo much to choose! It's all good! :)
Copeland's. We've been to Pensacola a number of times, but it seems that we have been to Copeland's a number of times (even though they are a chain and we have the same exact thing in Baton Rouge). It seems that there are a lot of chains in Pensacola. On Santa Rosa Island, there are lots of places to go, including a couple of restraunts on the beach - but that is more like a burger and fries kind of deal.
Located throughout the restaurant walls are one dollar bills that have been signed by former patrons from around the world. The restaurant has over 2oo thousand dollars just on the walls.
Favorite Dish: Steak any way you want it!
This inside/outside restaurant not only includes seating for dining but has 2 outside bars, a dance area with live band, and 3 sand volleyball courts. This is a great place to get a really good meal, have a few drinks while enjoying the music, and watch or play some volleyball. The restaurant also includes a sizeable recreation area for the kids.
Favorite Dish: I had the seafood platter, which had shrimp, oysters, and grouper, It was extremely good.

finding a McDonald's in France. For a taste of New Orleans, order the shrimp etouffee, $8.95.
It's shrimp in a dark roux sauce seasoned with garlic, green onions and spices, served over white rice.
Very good place to eat. Situated on a small marina in Pensacola Bay. Part of a restaurant complex that caters to any taste or budget.
Favorite Dish: Grits Ya Ya. nothing like a southern tradition - shrimp & grits.
It was great! We had plenty to eat, and enjoyed ourselves on the patio. However, we were forgotten about TWICE... I almost left when it took 15min for the ticket.
This is a very family-friendly restaurant. They have good food, and even serve fresh fruit with the kids' meals. YUMMY
Favorite Dish: Sidelines has great wings, sandwiches, etc. It is always fun going there after spending the day on the beach.
I love most all the dishes here so you will have to make your own decision. It has great surroundings with indoor and outdoor seating. Volleyball courts, something for the small children.
This picture did not turn out very good, but I think you will get the idea when you see all the bra's hanging near the bar.
