Everytime I come to Pensacola with the dog, we always make a morning stop at Central Bark for a cup of coffee and gourmet dog cookie. They bake them fresh, daily. All their products are organic and completely healthy.
What to buy: Peanut butter Squirrel Cookies
What to pay: $2 to $5 for a cookie, $2-3 for a coffee

The shop is really a tea shop and gift shop all in one. The owner, Ms. Lucy, is super friendly and had us all laughing with her stories. It is located in the historic district of downtown, and is very quaint and relax. They have a High Tea "Pensacola style", and dress up parties for children, but you have to have reservation---and the prices are very very reasonable compared to other places in the Panhandle area.
What really made it special for me was that it felt so relaxing to just sit there and listen to the music; atmosphere
What to buy: There are antiques, photos that date back to the 1800's, books from local artists, new tea related items, free wi-fi connection, hot tea, cold tea, my favorite are the smooties (to die for).
Art. Pensacola has a lot of local artists.
What to pay: $1.25 for a cup of hot tea, $3.25 for my favorite smoothie, and I think $14.95 for High Tea.

This place has anything that you could ever imagine (and some things you can't) that you would need or want when you're here. They have clothing, including swimsuits, swimming gear, jewelry, toys, cards, souvenirs, and assorted knick-knacks here. It's fun just to go in and look around at all the stuff!
