The number of vintage airplanes that are here and that are still flyable is fantastic.
This is the nose painting of the Piccadilly Princess, a B-17 Flying Fortress Bomber that was used in the airwar over Europe during WWII.

Favorite thing: The Main Entrance to Fanstay of Flight. This building contains a Gift Shop, the entrance to a display of a World War 1 trench with an air battle raging overhead, and a restaurant.

Favorite thing: A Short Sunderland MK V four engine seaplane. Built and used mainly by the British RAF durning WW11. This plane was converted as a passenger plane and used in the Pacific area. It has a small(8 passenger) first class and a regular coach on the lower level. Upstairs is a semi circle bar and three large sofas. This plane was also used to carry the Olympic Torch from Tampa to Miami.
