    2.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

This restaurant is recommended by my colleague, Ben White.

Don’t laugh but they occupy the former lounge part of a liquor store which is way out in the country near Lake Talquin. Once you get to Wetumka, there are signs to guide you.

They are open Tues and Wed 5-10 pm as a pizzeria and on Thurs, Fri and Sat for the full dinner menu. Hours are 5-9 pm on Thurs and Fri and until 10 on Sat.

    Favorite Dish: Friend's recommendation:

"I can recommend both the Calamari and the Chicken Marcella – the wine sauce is Wonderful! I’d stay away from the Baked Ziti which is fine but doesn’t really give the chef room to shine."

Go out 97 South from Bainbridge and take the 302 fork about 10 miles out. This heads to Quincy and intersects Highway 90 at the Square in Quincy. Turn right on 90 and go less than a mile to State Road 267 (The new Quincy Walmart is on this road). Turn left on 267 heading south and go about 8.5 miles. You will cross over I-10. Look for a Country Store on the right with the road you want being opposite it on the left. Turn left by the Wetumka Volunteer Fire Department and go about a mile and a half. Turn right onto Lakeview Point road. Less than 2 miles ahead is the Liquor Store/Russo’s. Take the fork to the right and then turn left into the parking lot.
