THE TREASURE SHIP ST. aUGUSTINE: Memories of treasure ship restaurant Crescent Bch
The place had an ambiance unique in it's operation, the owners enjoyed what they did,
and the food and service reflected their feelings, the menu was more than you could expect.
and although the place was not the neatest the food outpaced the more elaborate offerings
in the area and the prices were more than reasonable, The theme was nautical with a few
armaments scattered around, bandoliers of bullets,a few cannons (home made but looked good) pistols and rifles adorned the walls, and many marine artifacts, and the owner was somewhat of a magician and prankster. most enjoyed the going's on,
Favorite Dish: Breakfast was a $2.99 special 2 eggs 2 pancakes and 2 sausages but there were 10 other offerings at compareable prices, and the lunch special was 20 Shrimp and Fries for $3.99
but their menu's were quite extensive.

The Treasure Ship: Food, FUN and Magic
This is a story more about the man that owns this place, than it is about the food.
Is it a dumpy restaurant? Yes.
Does your stomach tense a little bit as you walk in? Yes.
Will you question the sanity of the owner, even just a little bit? Yes.
Will you be entertained by skillful magic tricks while eating pretty decent basic food? Yes, that too.
Favorite Dish: Kat and I just had your basic eggs, bacon and toast. It's tough to screw that up.
The Treasure Ship: Eat here for Fun!!
This is a tough one to describe....I've never actually eaten in anyplace quite like it before. The owner comes to your table and does magic trick and jokes and he's actually very good with the tricks. He made my 5 dollar bill turn into a 1 right in front of my eyes!!
He has strange things, like upside down chickens and guns hanging from the ceiling....and okay, the place is NOT the cleanest you will ever see, but if you are in the neighborhood, it's worth checking it out...maybe not for the food but for the wonderful craziness of the place!!
Favorite Dish: We had plain old eggs and bacon, but it was very good!!
Treasure Ship: Worth Finding
I guess you could call this place unusual to say the least, staying at the beachers lodge across the street it looked like something from a old seaport dive, but one of the other guests said it was really great , the first thing we got was a road kill menu, my wife thought it was for real, the place was a lot of fun and the food was superb, the owner did a few magic tricks and was really funny, he also prepared outr meal, the fried oysters were lightly coated and not lost in the usual coating I will say that the food was on a plane with the fancier restaurants, but not as pricey and a lot more enjoyable,
Favorite Dish: we had fried shrimp, broiled fish and fried oysters, and they were great ,
