Historic Sanchez House: oooh... Bling!
A few different stores in this same location.
It's shiny, pretty and very very reasonably priced. Everything from Swarovski crystal to insence, toe rings to weird little Chinese Christmas ornaments, this place will have you oooh and ahhhing througout the stores.
I shopped at Sunburst Crystal.
St. Augustine Art Glass: Wanna see where fairies live?
I was floored when I went to this shop. The most beautiful stain glass art I've ever seen!
I found that most places to shop in St. Aug was very reasonable considering the fact that it's a tourist town.
The store itself was impressive but what got me was what i call the Enchanted Garden in the back. Filled with flowers and vines, a little sitting area and fairies and gnomes and bees and butterflies!! All stained glass peeking out of every corner. Absolutely breath taking! I was sorry I couldn't go back during the day to see it again... next time..
St. George Street or Outlet Mall: Ecclectic or Not?
If you are looking for quaint little shops, St. George Street is for you. From Greek Olives to genealogy searches to handcrafted items, the shops along St. George street are a great place to spend an afternoon. For other shopping, there is an outlet mall just outside the city along I-95 that has over a hundred outlet stores.
All your shopping needs on one street: St. George Street
Anybody that has been to St. Augustine is familiar with St. George Street. This street has many local vendors and seems to have just about everything.
The bulk of the shops are on five blocks between the intersecting streets of Catherdral Place and Orange Street. These blocks are the walking mall area and closed to cars.

St. George Street Shops: Great Crystal Shop
Sunburst Crystals is one of the best crystal jewerly stores I have been in. She had the largest selection of rings, necklaces, braclets, on and on. I loved the place. She had alot of retired pieces too. I loved the prices too. I went back twice and will return in July when I am there for a long weekend again.
CARIBONGO: Activated Sun Wear too much fun!
You must visit CARIBONGO in both Heritage Walk locations. The owners are so friendly, nice, and the store is CLEAN! THE PRICES ARE UNBEATABLE - $9.99 or less - first quality! Also, the store is set up so cute, tropic of course, but really nice and bright, easy displays.
What to buy: The t-shirts are SUN ACTIVATED and the kids (and adults) just love them. Everything in the store changes colors while in the sun. Too cool! The t-shirts are great designs, and all the jewelry, sun glasses and NAIL POLISH, change color also. The kids had so much fun in the store.
What to pay: Everything is $9.99 or less. Their competition is way, way, way over priced. I have been going to CARIBONGO FOR TWO YEARS - their shirts wear so well. Money well spent. Great gift items.
