    Right smack downtown St. Petersburg is Baywalk, an outdoor shopping and dining center. If you're in the mood for a film, there's a 20 screen cinema. There's even live entertainment on the mainstage. The stores and restaurants here are large and corporate, much to my distaste, however I still enjoy strolling through the area because it's relaxing and beautiful. Plus I can't pass up free, live music.

    • This is a new 2 level shopping mall near the Tampa International Airport which has numerous stores, large fine department stores, food court, full-service restaurants. You can buy just about everything.

  • Directions: From St. Petersburg take I-275 over the Howard Franklin exit at Kennedy Blvd and travel a few blocks to Westshore Blvd. Turn north (left) and go little more than a mile and street runs directly into International Plaza.
