Galati's Family Restaurant: Best pizza in town
Excellent service and definitely the best pizza in town. The personal attention from Mike, the owner is superb. And the prices are reasonable.
Favorite Dish: Family pizza, one pie large enough for a family of 6. Their pasta is also fabulous.
Chicanes: Good Food in Sebring
Probably the only upscale restaurant in Sebring, Chicanes is the restaurant at the Inn on the Lakes hotel and it is highly regarded among the locals. They have a nice atmosphere/ambiance and a view of the lake on the west side of the dining room. The dinner menu typically features 3 or 4 daily specials along with a regular menu of pastas, steaks, and seafood which are carefully and skillfully prepared. Creme brulee, key lime pie (a must in Florida), and the Pile Up (chocolate brownie topped with vanilla ice cream, pecans, and chocolate and caramel sauces) are the highlights of the dessert menu. Not a bad place to end a hard day of work or a round or two at the golf course.
Favorite Dish: Seafood, key lime pie

The Rose: Earl Grey and Scones
A cute little tea "shoppe" that's just opened in Sebring, up from the traffic circle. The owners went on holiday in England and loved the tradition of afternoon tea, so they decided to open their own little place here. A wide range of teas and tarts and sweets is on hand, served on the ground floor of a 1920s bungalow. Light sandwiches and salads are also on the menu. (I hope they can find clotted cream for their scones!)
