duffy's is a south florida chain of sports bars with a location in the downtown historic district. this open air bar has an excellent selection of large screen televisions for sports watching. a great place to have a beer and watch sporting events in downtown stuart.

Just found out the new owners of the Stuart Lanes bowling center bought the old "Rockin' Horse" and renamed it "Hemingway's- and completely renovated the place. It's all Key West style now- with gorgeous hand painted murals and a huge dance floor. When I visited the other night-Juke box Band was playing and they were a lot of fun to listen to. Husband and wife- PAT AND GIGI put on a great show playing classic rock and taking requests> the bartender told me about ladies night_ weds ladies drink free after paying a $5 cover. I guess a DJ plays that night- with hip hop music. I would definitely go again another night- it was really nice.
Dress Code: I saw people in jeans and sneakers- pretty laid back- but I also saw the ladies dressed to impress. so its pretty much whatever your style is. but i don't think they encourage the tank top and flip flop look either...
