Favorite thing: Go to the Mcarther State Park just north of Singer Island. The beach is nice and they have many trails. You can also find gaps in the mangroves to put out a canoe. Drive through Palm Beach and look at the houses because one day it will make a great reef...haha
Visit Lion Country Safari, a huge outdoor park where African animals roam free. You drive through in a car, and at the end of the safari you can visit a petting zoo, play miniature golf, and take boat rides, along with the many shows they have. All included in the price of admission, which is really reasonable.
Fondest memory: What I miss the most when I am away from West Palm Beach is the wonderful, warm weather. Not many other places you can go swimming in December.
