Monarchy Nightclub: The Royalty of nightclubs

Monarchy is the location for sophisticated House music - Not just the crazy fist pump thump thump! The decor is rich, plush, purples and reds indicative of royalty with huge portraits lining the walls and chandeliers hanging above. Oh and did I mention a hanging "disco ball" unicorn! There is also a great view overlooking Clematis Street where it is located on the second floor. An added incentive is that it is the second floor of Feelgoods Rock Bar. Bar hopping anyone? The space is amazing with roped off VIP in the center perfect for parties and any time you want to feel like you're a part of the royal monarchy! If I could I would rent the place out for a party! If you would like to call 561 713 7439.

Want some where to have fun and feel good? Try this place. It's located on historic Clematis Street in WPB, FL which has been reinvented into a hot spot. Feelgoods plays Rock and Top 40 so you can dance and have fun until 4 in the morning! It's also connected to two other clubs which makes it all the better... makes bar hopping simple! Great place for parties too - large space with very cool decor - think giant smoke breathing snake! Call 561 713 7439 for the hook up!

Pranzo @ Mizner Park: FREE Happy Hour 'til 7pm for the ladies.....

People @ Pranzo

Mizner Park is on the posh side. And a little over the top "look at my money" if you ask me, nevertheless it's pretty there... especially in the evenings... tons of palm trees, nice green areas, shops and restaurants. And on some nights they even show a movie at the little amphitheater at Mizner park too.

The place you must go though is Pranzo, every single night it's free drinks for the ladies until 7pm. Beer, wine, liquor, you name it. And the atmosphere is nice because the bar opens onto a nice courtyard type area and into the restaurant itself. It gets really busy and you can see what extremely expensive new purses and fashions are "in" that week based upon what the regular clientele is carrying/wearing. ;-)

The operative words here though are FREE DRINKS. If you're in the area with a fun group, head here....

ONE MORE THING: The food here is "Italian" and pretty good... so stay on for dinner if you like.

Dress Code: What NOT to wear: sloppy old shorts and T-shirts. Other than that... whatever you want.

We walked in here because there was a guy handing out all you could drink tickets for girls...yeah for us! It started out kinda slow, interesting crowd but really picked up. Lot's of dancing, it is a 'club'.

Dress Code: Dress it up or you will look out of place.

Great Bar/restaurant with ocean views. From what I'm told it's one of the most popular places to go.

We had a great time, tons of people. We met a girl from Miami who tried to teach us the Salsa...didn't work out very well

Dress Code: You can actually wear anything BUT to feel like you actually fit in, dress it up a bit. Stay away from jeans and sneakers...West Palm is a 'upper' type city.

Waterway Cafe: Live reggae & cold beer right on the water...

the sign right before you head over the bridge!

If you're in the area on a Sunday night, make it a priority to go to Waterway Cafe. Get there around 5-ish, order your first Red Stripe at the main bar or proceed to the back of the restaurant towards the water and get a drink from the floating bar that literally sits right there in the water of the Intracoastal. If the live reggae hasn't started yet, don't worry, it will.... Tons of locals come here EVERY single Sunday night and mingle to the music, watch the sunset, dance, eat....

Waterway has good food- so feel free to ask the hostess for a table and partake of their ample menu of fresh seafood, steaks, pizza, salads, etc.

Oh, I almost forgot... you can come to Waterway by your own boat too, many patrons do... and they just dock it right there by the floating bar.

Dress Code: Dress is casual, expect to see guys in polo shirts and khakis, girls in little sundresses, shorts and tees, that sort of thing...

E.R. Bradley's: Eat drink & be merry-you can even dance on the bar
sunlovey profile photo

3.5 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

sunlovey 228 reviews

E.R. Bradleys, located along the beautiful Intracoastal waterway is all about good times with friends. They serve food from morning 'til late at night, and at night, the crowds hoard here for loud music and tons of partying. So much partying that patrons often end up dancing on top of the bar.... Music is top 40s, stuff from the 90s & 80s mostly.

Bradley's is pretty big and consists of an indoor bar and table area, a patio table area and a patio bar. The food is pretty good and the menu has a wide variety of options.

The crowd varies... from tons of local college kids to 30-somethings and even older revelers. This place is a Palm Beach institution so it has quite a following.

Dress Code: Very casual. Jeans work, sneakers work, but so do dresses and nicer attire- whatever you want...

Respectable Street Cafe: A Classic New Wave/Punk/Alternative Venue
sunlovey profile photo

4 out of 5 starsHelpfulness

sunlovey 228 reviews

West Palm Beach's club scene is ever changing. Clubs are closing and reopening with different names and feels and music all the time. But not Respectables, this place has been around since the 80s. It's a downtown West Palm staple.

It attracts the alternative, punk, new wave, retro, rockabilly, goth crowd.

The atmosphere is dark- the dance floor is black and white check. There are booths to chill in, a back patio area with a bar and DJ on some nights and a small stage inside where local bands perform. Drinks are less pretentious and less expensive than what you'd find elsewhere on Clematis Street. They have drink specials most nights.

Wednesdays and Thursdays, Respectable Street stays open until 3 a.m., Fridays and Saturdays until 4 a.m. They open at 9 p.m. But don't really get jam-packed busy until like 11:30 or midnight.

Thursday nights are mostly industrial and new wave. Fridays and Saturdays are retro alternative (yea! 80s music!), and the DJs are happy to take requests.

Cover charges seem to vary, but there never very much. Some nights are free for females...

Dress Code: Dresscode- attire runs the gamut.... you will see Robert Smith lookalikes, mohawks, rave types, you name it, wear whatever you want- break out your shimmery tops, your pumas, your jeans, whatever... it all works. But if you're wearing white, you will stand out a bit. ;-)
