We once "won" tickets to sail out for an evening on the Palm Beach Princess dinner/casino cruise.... Described to have a delicious buffet, world class entertainment etc. In truth, and this is my humble opinion, it's a crappy boat, with crappy food and crappy entertainment. I guess if you like gambling these things don't matter, but I just want to put a warning out there, because once you get on the boat, you're stuck on it for several hours.
Unique Suggestions: To make the best of it, we ended up sitting outside beneath the stars and drinking the whole time. This was actually pretty nice.
Ye Olde Lime House on Lantana Road at the Intercoastal is a very scenic place to eat. However, they are under new management, and have recently raised their prices. A surf and turf dinner is $37.00--which is high, even for this are. Unless you hit the early bird before 6:00 PM--don't go.
