Adel Travel Guide

most travelers on I-75 to and from florida know adel as just a stop to buy gas. adel has a nice historic district and an interesting 1939 stripped classical courthouse. near adel is reed bingham state park. pictured is one of a number of historic homes in downtown adel. if you are not in a hurry adel maybe worth the one mile side trip off of I-75.

walker's barbecue & grill is worth the one mile detour off I-75 in adel. they offer pork and beef barbecue as well as fried catfish. good food moderately priced.
