Midtown has one of the best sushi restaurants in Atlanta. Nikiemotos on 10th street near Piedmont is a real find. Its a reasonably priced, simple place with great food and friendly service.
The sushi here is fantastic and pretty varied. They have a wide selection of sushi and sashimi combos plus a great selection of sushi rolls. The restaurant also serves regular meals for the non-sushi crowd, and I've heard that they are pretty good.
Favorite Dish: I'd recommend the volcano rolls. Not too extraordinary, but not your garden variety either.

Hopefully they still have this deal - last time I was there was...Feb 02.

A: No, most of the shopping has moved out of Downtown, unfortunately. It's a fairly easy MARTA trip up to Buckhead or to Lenox Square though.
