Hot summers, mild winters
Helpfulness
fa330 92 reviews
Clothing/Shoes/Weather Gear: The South is known for sweltering summer temps, and Newnan is no exception. Average summertime highs are 85-95 degrees, including humidity. Thunderstorms have a way of coming out of nowhere as well. In contrast, the winters are actually pleasant here, with average temps in the 50s during the day. Winter nights can get a little frosty, about 30-40 degrees.

Newnan still has country charm!
Helpfulness
fa330 92 reviews
Favorite thing: Newnan has everything: shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, a bowling alley, a library, and a historic district with beautiful homes. I really like the fact that you don't have to drive very far to be out in the country. The people here are generally very friendly and will give you a smile! For info, go to www.coweta.ga.us
Fondest memory: When I'm not here I miss my house and my yard and my pets!
