Arbys is a change of pace from the usual fast foods that specialize in burgers and fries.
Regular roast beef sandwich or ham and cheese or beef on kimiwick are the headliners for Arbys (R Bs as in roast beef).
They also make sub-sandwiches and breaded chicken plates. And you can get french fries if you need to clog your arteries some more. The normal RB sandwich is about 300 calories which is pretty good but don't forget that this is still fast food. The down-side is that it is 900mg of salt.... you got to get some taste in there somehow!

So if you want a change from the burgers and you aren't into real healthy meals and you are in a hurry, then stop in here. We did.
The store is a typical fast food place with lots of plastic and formica. Counter-service is by young people with head sets and you select from a humungous menu with pictures that hangs over the back of the menu counter. And in less than five minutes you have spent $12 for two people and now are the proud owner of a tray full of food. Take it to one of the sort-of-comfortable seats and enjoy.
