buck's bar be que is located on springs street in downtown warm springs. this small bar be que shack offers typical georgia style bar be que. not the best bar be que in georgia but a good place to get an inexpensive lunch or dinner when in warm springs.
The Bulloch House has a buffet for under $10 that features southern cooking at it's best. There is macaroni and cheese, fried chicken, fried green tomatoes and hush puppies among many other southern choices. Dress is casual. It is in a beautiful old home that was built around 1982, was sold to the present owners in 1990 and a large banquet room was added. Service is good and there is a good parking lot in the back with a driveway up the hill.
Favorite Dish: Fried green tomatoes are wonderful. They are hard to find in most restaurants.
The Bulloch House was built around 1892.
Their buffet features home cooked meals with fried green tomatoes, fried apples, tasty casseroles, steamed vegetables, fried chicken, etc.
Be sure to try one of their desserts! You won't regret it!
On your way out, pick up some delicious homemade preserves.
Favorite Dish: Pecan Pie -- served hot with ice-cream and whipped cream topping. It simply melts in your mouth!!!
Oscar's has the best steaks around and the Oscar's Salad (seafood) is a meal in itself. Clean, neat, noisy and fun. Service is Southern style, fashionably slow with lots of "Honey" thrown in.
The lounge and pool room in the back is a very respectable place to be seen.
Favorite Dish: The Oscar's salad is great, my wife says the filet mignon is out of this world!
Right beside Buck's is is 'nice' fancy restaurant. Unfortunately it was only open on the weekends and at night. The filet mignon steaks were less than $10USD there. We could see in. It looked nice with white starched table cloths, etc.
The Bulloch House is a great place to eat. It serves good Southern food buffet style. It is THE place to go when you're hungry!
The restuarant is in the old, rambling Bulloch House which was owned by the eccectric Mr. Bulloch. It majesticly sits atop a high hill.
Favorite Dish: The macaroni and cheese is to die for as well as their tempting desserts.

Favorite Dish: you have to to get a bar be que sandwich, there famous for the taste of them, the best you will get in the area
oscar's is a good steak and seafood restaurant on pine mountain about a mile south of warm springs. nice southern decor and good moderately priced american fare. good food, good value.
There are several neat little places to eat here. However, we arrived late in the day on Sunday and nothing was open but Bucks. It was great! Nothing fancy though.
Favorite Dish: The bar-b-que. Made on location
