If ya want good ole tucker, then go to Outback. This Australian themed steakhouse always has the best bread in town and will fill you up until you are bursting.
The menu is 95% the same as all other Outback steakhouse's with the addition of some local catches like Mahi Mahi and Onu.
This Outback seemed to be a little bit more expensive than its brothers and sisters on the mainland.
Favorite Dish: Most things are great - the ribs and chicken combo is ver good - and the ribs have 5 times more meat on them than the ones in Hard Rock across the street.
Steak's are also always very good.
Kona OutBack (ouchback) steakhouse- Crikey! It’s all horrible. Has the franchise owner actually been to Australia? I have it on good authority he hasn’t…It’s nothing ‘Down Under’ as folks from the US or abroad would expect. From the stuffed Alligator (not Crocodile) tacked up on the wall. Seafood that has been shipped in ‘frozen’ rather than locally caught and sourced produce, rather cheesy service and overall a Macca’s kind of approach. We’ve never even heard of ‘Bloomin Onion’ or ‘Kookaburra Wings’ (chicken wings). Get out and travel people – come down to Australia and realise there is more to travel & food than Crocodile Dundee and your own backyard.
Favorite Dish: In the US do grain feed beef - but why not go to a better restaurant?
The Outback Resturant... I didn't go to this one, but I did eat at the Outback in Texas.
I would think it would be much the same..
