'The Luau' .. What a wonderful...

This is the real Hawaiian Feast, with an enormous Buffet, which includes Kalua Pig, poi, lomi salmon, and halupia (coconut pudding). There was an open bar, and entertainment that will stir you to the core of your heart and soul.

The 'Feast' was a huge erray of Traditional foods, starting with Kalua Pig. The pig is stuffed with hot coals, wrapped in Ti leaves, and baked all day in an 'Imu', (underground oven).

You must try Hawaiian food at least once during your stay, especially Kalua Pig (roasted underground) and Lau-lau (yummie meats steamed in tea-leaves. Plus, there is authentic music and amazing Polynesian dance reviews to be seen!
