    Be very careful and watch where you're going. You've got to master looking up and down at the same time, making sure you don't run into a twig or trip over sharp and riggid rocks. If you're taking your kids with you, make sure they're not running around. I saw this one family with three energetic young boys just hopping all over the place and I cringed.

    The sign says it, no lifeguards on duty at this shoreline. The chart shows possible ocean hazards at any given time. There are certain seasons in which dangerous sea animals come in such as Portuguese man-o-war. If you have alergic reactions to these things, make sure you have your EpiPen on you!

    There are some petroglyphs that are designated for rubbings and they are found at the begining of the trail. The trails along the pathways as well as at the end are strickly for viewing only. DO NOT under any circumstances break these rules. Aside from local superstition, if the authorities in charge happen to be in the area when you are desicrating the site, you'll be fined and possibly jailed.
