An awesome hike. The journey is the destination.
There is so much to experience here. Waimoku Falls are some of the largest. About 400 foot I believe. Our trip happened to be during a dry spell so the falls were very light. But this just afforded us a different view then many others are able to get.
During the hike we passed or crossed Ironwoods, Banyon trees, Ka'mani trees, the Bamboo forest, a field of cows, little suspended bridges, and cool pools in lava holes. It was indeed an awe inspiring hike.
