  • There is a T-Shirt you can buy at the dive shop in Kaunakakai. It has the moon in the upper corner and the rest is blank, except for the words "Molokai Night Life" at the bottom.
    Not say there is none, but it takes some work to find a bar or night club. The two resorts and the Hotel Molokai near the ferry terminal have small bars - and there is a smal local bar on town - and that's it.

    Best bet for night life - go night fishing on the reef. Ask a local or talk the dive shop guys.

    Do like the locals and set up a beach chair and catch a sunset on Kaunakakai Wharf. Or another place that is popular for locals and tourists alike for sunset viewing is the Kapuaiwa Coconut Grove, which is located on the South shore about 1 ½ miles west of Kaunakakai across the street from Church Row. Enjoy a spectacular sunset and don’t forget your camera !

  • There is no nightlife on Moloka'i....Except for weekends at the Hotel. Local musicians congregate at the poolside bar for happy hour and bring their instruments. Sometimes there is a hired band on Friday or Saturday night ("Mo'Bettah" is the best). When they get cranking, you'll forget that Moloka'i is supposed to be boring (we were never bored for five days).
