    Pro Bowl 2003

Every year the Pro Bowl is held at the Aloha Stadium in Honolulu Hawaii. After never seen a Professional game of any kind I was lucky to see this years 2003 Pro Bowl Game .Not being a Football fan or much of a sports Fan at all this was an incredible wonderful experience .The AFC beat the NFC for the third year in a row and did so with high numbers , the game was a blow out.
The AFC picked of 6 NFC passes, and Pro Bowl MVP Ricky Williams forced a fumble on special teams and rushed for two touchdowns and 56 yards. The AFC beat the
    NFC 45-20.

Equipment: It was not just the playing of the game that was so exciting , the days leading up to the game and all the excitement in Waikiki and Honolulu. We were lucky we stayed at the Hawaiian Hilton Village where many players also stayed .Many pre-game parties were a great thing to see.Than the game itself with the pre- game show , the tailgate parties in Parking lot , the wonderful performers at the game opening and the halve time show , the caracters the dancers on the field , all in all a fantastic time we had.

    Pro Bowl

by janiac Updated Feb 20, 2005

The Pro Bowl itself was great fun. Even though I'm not a big football fan, I do watch and so it was thrilling to watch Peyton Manning and Tom Brady warming up side by side, throwing to recievers, or to see T.O. running by and making everyone cheer everytime he came in sight.

My daughter and her friends had a blast performing at halftime and during the pregame too. Jason Mraz sang the national anthem, while Jasmine Trias of American Idol and Don Ho (of Tiny Bubbles fame) sang at halftime while the girls performed.

What with all that, the sold-out crowd, the fireworks and being surrounded by famous football players, it was definitely a fantastic memory for them to have forever.

Equipment: If you're a Pro Bowl performer, AACD will provide your costume. My daughter's this year was the bright banana yellow one.
