Sit at a beachside restaurant and watch the sun set as you eat your dinner. For those who have never seen the sun set right into the ocean, it's beautiful! I'm used to seeing the sun disappear behind mountains or islands, so it was great to see it literally disappear into the sea. Most of the sunsets I saw were average, because of the clouds that often blocked it from view. I love photographing sunsets, and got a wonderful treat on Christmas Day. That evening the sunset was the most beautiful one I have ever seen, and took about 6 consecutive pictures of it going down. Very memorable, and romantic, if you have that special someone there to cuddle up next to and watch with.

The sunsets in Hawaii cannot be missed, the are truly dramtic, one of the best ways to see them is from one of the Catamaran trips they run from Waikiki beach.
