Don't be alarmed is you see smoke on the mountains ... chances are it's just workers burning old pineapple fields. It took me awhile before I got over the initial wave of panic each time I saw so much smoke at the base of the Waianae Range, but now I can tell when they're burning the fields.

The Dole plantation is located near this city. It is a very big tourist place to visit. You can see the plantation fields with pineapples being grown.
