The "Albion State Normal School," (old Albion College) is a "must-see" while visiting the little rural valley of Albion, Idaho. One can still feel the "ghosts" of the past, while wandering around the Campus grounds... the old College is "boarded-up" now, & is also said to be "haunted." ... The "thrill" of walking the Campus grounds will tell all--- Not only is it great for picture taking, but the Campus itself, "tells all...." The Schools Museum is located in this building. The Museum is open in May to September every year. Contact person & caretaker of the Albion State Normal School Museum, is Verlene Powell of Albion, Idaho.

Albion Warnings and Dangers

While traveling east from Declo, on Idaho State Highway 77, one must travel up a 5% grade to get to the small rural Town of Albion, Idaho. The "grade" itself is currently under complete Construction, therefore, it is slow traveling, & also frequent stopping for "flaggers."
